Acceptance
By using Random Picker System you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service is
The site provides free browser-based tools for random selection, team splitting and related content. It is provided for entertainment, educational and general organisational use.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the lists you enter and for having the right to use that personal data.
- You are responsible for making sure any raffle, giveaway or promotion you run is lawful where you and your participants are, including permits, age limits, disclosures and platform rules.
- You will not use the service to break the law, harass others, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service beyond what the law permits, or distribute malware.
No guarantee of fitness for regulated use
We aim to make selections fair using a secure random generator, but we do not certify the tool as a licensed lottery, gambling or compliance system. Do not rely on it where independent auditing or certification of the draw is legally required.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up any results you need by exporting them.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics and code are owned by Random Picker System or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Third-party libraries remain under their own open-source licences. You keep all rights to your own lists and exported results.
Third-party content, links and ads
The site may link to external websites and display advertising served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices, and an ad is not an endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service, including disputes with participants in a draw you run. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
